Details about the upcoming Australia Awards Scholarships intake for study commencing in 2019

What awards are available?

Australia Awards Scholarships are offered to applicants from Pakistan for study at Master’s degree level in one of the priority fields of study agreed between the Government of Pakistan and the Australian Government. The study can be undertaken by coursework or by research. However, the maximum duration for which the Australian Government will support a Master’s degree program is two years.

What fields of study are available for the upcoming Australia Awards Scholarships intake for study commencing in 2019?

The priority fields of study identified for study commencing in 2019 reflect the development needs of Pakistan and priorities agreed between the Australian Government and Government of Pakistan. They align with the objectives of Australia’s bilateral and regional aid programs.

Applicants can submit more than one university preference in their application but no more than three preferences.

Applicants are encouraged to carefully consider their study program and institution preferences before applying. Australia Awards will not allow any changes to these after the application closing date.
